1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping within the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your new automotive accessories.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard and expedited options. The delivery times for each method are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or holiday schedules.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status and estimated delivery date directly on the carrier’s website. If you have any questions or issues regarding your shipment, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather events, carrier issues, or high demand during peak seasons. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email and do our best to provide updated delivery estimates.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives with any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly. If your item has been damaged during shipping, please retain the original packaging for inspection by the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have specific shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. If any of the products in your order are subject to restrictions, we will notify you prior to processing your order.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make changes before your order is shipped.
